Program Title: Bridging Generational Differences in the Workplace

Program Description:
With five generations now active in the workforce, understanding and navigating generational differences has never been more critical. This dynamic and interactive session, led by Daneli Partners, explores the core values, communication styles, and workplace expectations of each generation—from Traditionalists to Gen Z.

Participants will gain practical tools to foster collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance team performance across age groups. Through real-world examples, self-assessments, and facilitated dialogue, the program emphasizes emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, and adaptability as essential skills for leading multigenerational teams.

Paul Muench Bio:

Paul Muench is the President of Daneli Partners, a leadership consulting firm who works with over 50 businesses, educational institutions, state-wide athletic programs, and non-profit organizations in the areas of achievement, leadership, and teamwork. He is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

As an educator and football coach for more than 30 years at Fayetteville-Manlius School District and Oswego City School District, Paul has taken his passion for developing future leaders from the classroom to the greater community. Paul’s years as a public-school educator and athletic coach serve as a foundation for his innate ability to shape leaders from all backgrounds.

Paul is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and National Board-Certified teacher who also serves as President of the Board of Connect Ed as part of the Connected Community Schools initiative. He has earned several awards including the Cornell Merrill Presidential Scholarship Teacher Recognition, Town of Manlius Educator of the Year, and numerous coaching awards including Syracuse Sports Corporation “Believe to Achieve” Coach of the Year. He has been brought in by companies such as Raymour & Flanigan, One Group, NYSTEC, and Panera Bread for keynote speeches focused on leadership and teamwork.

 Bio Jenna Sullivan:

Jenna Sullivan is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a people development advocate with over 15 years of diverse experience in learning and development, customer success, human resources, and business analytics. She brings a unique blend of strategic insight and personal connection to every audience, drawing from her work in both startup and corporate environments.

Jenna is passionate about helping individuals and teams unlock their potential, lead with authenticity, and align their work with purpose. Her career has been dedicated to designing and delivering impactful development programs, creating scalable learning content, and coaching leaders at all levels to grow with confidence and clarity.

With a strong belief in the transformative power of great leadership, Jenna energizes and equips others to lead from their strengths, navigate change, and make meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a dual master’s degree in business administration and leadership. Jenna brings empathy, expertise, and real-world perspective to every speaking engagement, inspiring lasting growth and connection.
